Recently I have contacted the store to buy drum kit for my 12 years old grandson. Choosing the right brand and model has been challenging: grandson likes to play, but buying too expensive model would be a waste if he stops playing soon. Gavin has spent a lot of time with me, explaining features of different models. As a result he has helped me with the kit that has perfect combination of good quality and reasonable price. I was impressed with his knowledge of the industry, honesty, highest professionalism. I felt like I am only one customer in the store.
